Les Berceaux White
These vines are protected by a mythical mountain, the highest point of which sits at 1912 metres in altitude, thereby creating ideal conditions for the production of fresh and sappy wines. The white limestone soils typical of the Ventoux give an incomparable signature to our Berceaux Blanc.
Les cartes en main
NatureSituated at the foothills of the Ventoux, these high altitude and predominantly clay-limestone soils impact finesse and freshness to the wines. The harsh Mistral winds are tamed by the mountainous topography.
The hand of manIt is the choice of grape varieties planted and the location of the plots that give this wine its unique character.
Character and potentialOrganoleptic profile : exotic fruits, grapefruit, white flesh fruits. Fruity and generous wines with a pleasant character.
VisionEdouard Guérin : « At the foothills of Mont Chauve, I only have one guideline for the whites: to use the altitude and the fresh air coming from the Alps to obtain the greatest aromatic freshness and a delicate acidic structure. »
ProfileWe want this Ventoux Blanc to be an everyday wine. This is why it is characterised by its greed, freshness and aromatic complexity.
Tasting notesThis wine exudes happiness. It is unpretentious, uncomplicated and a pure pleasure to drink!
The vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate with a slight mountain influence. This results in very significant day-night temperature differences that favor fine aromatic maturation while preserving the freshness of the wines.
